Default The Caller - a GvG necro build?

After noticing and watching a lot of GvG in observer, I think I've got a solid idea for a "caller" necro build - the only thing that really is necessary is you'd need some cover hexes and some synergy on a gank team (frozen ground so they don't get ressed, shadowsteping sins, etc). Anyways, here's the build:

Necro/Paragon

Go for the Eyes!
Find Their Weakness!
Barbs
Lingering curse (Elite)
Order of Pain
Signet of Lost Souls
Slayer's Spear

The Slayer's Spear I just threw in there (bad joke, get it!?) because I wanted some sort of damage to go along with the build. The basic premise is that you land barbs/lingering on a target (with someone else landing cover-hexes afterwards) and then hit Order of Pain just as you call out Go for the Eyes! and Find Their Weakness! As your team swarms in (crippling shot, corrupted healing, etc) they've pretty much got the most vunerable target: someone with no enchantments, takes half from healing, takes a lot more damage from physical and the shouts to make it hurt more. Throw in a Slayer's Spear after Order of Pain/shouts to get a free hit with deep wound....and signet when he's dying to refill and start again. Maybe switch Slayer's Spear with a consuming corpse skill to refill more.

I thought about doing Mes/Necro, giving the shouts to a real paragon and just utilizing faster casting of barb/lingering and some other hexes yourself....but you get the idea. Lingering Curse doesn't seem to get much use, but honestly it seems like the ultimate "caller" skill".

Thoughts?

Er... no cover for LC, not enuf nrg. Why would you do Orders on Necro primary when Dervish primary is way better?

Well 1, I said I'd need cover hexes from a teamate. 2, the dervish would be better with a secondary damage prof like warrior if this was a pure ganking crew. The idea, although it's a bit twisted, was fore a pure supportish necromancer that made 1 target take a crap load of damage....it's the job of others to make them take the damage and make sure it stays that way.
